faded & gone

There I saw 

you rise up tall

There I saw

your divinely stroll 

Then I crawled

crawled over the wall 

And I saw

red light in the dawn

And I saw

you faded and gone

There I saw

you float out in song

There I saw

(it) shine ever so strong

Then I strolled

just down by the lawn

And I saw

those hazardous thorns   

And I saw

you faded and gone

There over, right in the blur

I know I've been for a while

In the end, I feel blessed

As I see your smitten smile

But I am sure you'll fade again

You shielded my eyes and said,

‘This moment’s long drawn (out)

This lifetime & beyond’

And then there I saw, 

you faded and gone
